Desiree at the front desk provided exceptional service.

The carpet in my room was stained, which made me uncomfortable. I also noticed handprints on the mirror that indicated it hadn't been cleaned properly. Moreover, I found leftover rope on the headboard from previous guests, which was quite off-putting.

the air conditioner kept malfunctioning. plus there was a lot of dust around the mini fridge. the indoor pool looked clean. breakfast had really good eggs. and the staff were totally friendly.

Exceptional staff that went out of their way to help. Loved the clean room and the job they did with the shampoo and conditioner in wall bottles. So refreshing! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

A little work on the carpet would be great.

Had a great time with my friends at this hotel. The location is near the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, perfect for some fun outings. Plus, the staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better. There are plenty of restaurants around too, making dining easy and convenient.

However, I did find it a little concerning to learn about the practice of keeping photocopies of IDs and credit cards at checkout.

My "go to" stay for traveling

Everything was clean, and the indoor pool looked inviting. The guy who checked us in was very helpful and gave us all the details about breakfast times like a pro.

It wasn't the cheapest stay, but it was still just fine.
